All practices are held after 4:30 p.m. Teams usually practice twice a week, depending on the coach. Since all of our coaches are voluntees, we give them the courtesy of picking their own practice days and times. During the week, the earliest game begins at 5:30 p.m. On Saturday's, the earliest game begins at 8:30 a.m. All games and practices are held either at Lynwood City Park or Ham Park.
The initial registration fee of $65 only covers a partial payment of the uniform. In order to pay for the full uniform, all league participants must participate in the league fundraiser. You can opt out of the league fundraiser by paying the opt-out fee of $25.
If your child is staying in the same division, he/she does have the option to return to that same coach. If your child is moving up in divisions, a certain coach cannot be requested.
Unfortunately, we can only guarantee that brothers and sisters (if they are in the same age division) be placed on the same team.
Registration covers a partial payment of the uniform (hat, jersey, pants, belt and socks), a basic picture package, end of season award and secondary insurance. The final payment of the uniform is covered through the league fundraiser.
Pick up an application at the Recreation Department front office located at the Lynwood Community Center (11301 Bullis Road, Lynwood, CA 90262). Complete the application and submit it with the registration fee. Proof of residency is required at the time of registration. The Recreation Department front office is open Monday-Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Registrations for the 2010 Spring Season will also be taken during the winter tournament games. We will be taking applications behind the snack bar. Please make sure you bring your birth certificate.
Registration is $65 for Lynwood residents and $75 for non-residents. Cash only please.
Once registered, parents are invited to attend a parent meeting. The parent meeting will be announced at a later date. Please check this website for dates.
